Proper Setup Required
E.D.I.T.H requires the topmost role in your server with a proper configuration through the setup page. Without completing the proper setup, E.D.I.T.H does not take any responsibility for missed threats or incomplete protection.
Critical Requests — Owner Only
Any critical request — such as bot removal, whitelist modifications, or server module toggles — must be raised exclusively by the official server owner account. Claiming to be the owner without verification will result in immediate ticket rejection.
Premium Queries
All premium-related support queries must include a valid order ID. Tickets without proper order identification will not be processed until the required information is provided.
